The I-miev has a weird physical gear selector sensor, luckily this makes it easy to reverse engineer.
I will use this info to engage the car in drive normally, and to engage park while a button is pressed to allow the car to start and change gear without the motor regen breaking. I won’t need the reverse drive mode as I’ll just use the BMWs reverse gear.
