The beginning of a project

Because of an unfortunate crash involving my 2012 iMIEV M spec I have decided to buy a donor car to convert, but instead of the usual petrol to EV conversion, I will be converting a dead DC electric BMW 318i to run fully off the iMIEVs drivetrain (hopefully with heater and a/c working too!)

I am planning to try and get two iMIEV battery packs running in parallel to increase the range.

Here is a link to the previous owners conversions, although i will be replacing everything except the power steering pump and gearbox with the iMIEVs components.
